General Summary:

The FP&A Manager plays a key role in delivering financial insights and reporting solutions to senior management and stakeholders across the organization. As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team this role partners closely with business leaders to support performance management strategic planning and data-driven decision-making. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned departments
Partner with departmental leaders to deliver insights that drive strategic and operational decisions
Monitor and interpret financial results to identify trends risks and opportunities; advise leadership on recommended actions
Analyze current and historical performance metrics and KPIs
Develop and enhance financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives
Review work of junior team members; delegate tasks as appropriate
Improve and maintain planning tools reporting processes and forecasting methodologies
Drive process improvements to enhance data integrity and optimize internal reporting capabilities
Lead components of the annual budget monthly forecast and long-range planning cycles
Evaluate financial impact of strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities
Communicate budget assumptions and outcomes across the organization: address stakeholder inquiries

Knowledge Skills and/or Abilities Required:

5 years of progressive relevant experience
Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior executives
Very strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Highly proficient in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
Demonstrated ability to lead projects
Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A systems preferred
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field

Working Conditions:

Hybrid/Remote/On-Site depending on location
0-10% travel may be required
