Leading New Jersey cardiac hospital seeks a Nurse Manager for their renowned Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee daily operations of the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs ensuring optimal workflow and patient throughput.
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and institutional healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Lead recruitment onboarding training and performance management of Cath and EP lab staff.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other departments to deliver seamless high-quality patient care.
- Develop and manage operating and capital budgets identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives focusing on clinical outcomes patient satisfaction and staff engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis benchmarking and adoption of best practices in cardiovascular and EP care.
- Serve as a key liaison with hospital leadership contributing to strategic planning and service line growth.
- Champion innovation in cardiovascular care supporting advanced procedures and emerging technologies.
- Lead the continued expansion of the regional cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs.
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab
- A minimum of two years of nursing leadership experience
