Job Summary

Description of the role:
Gwinnett Place Nissan is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Service Business Development Representative to join our team in Duluth GA. This key role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients driving business growth in the service department and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients to schedule service appointments and promote service offerings
- Actively engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction address any concerns and upsell services when appropriate
- Collaborate closely with the service team to coordinate and deliver high-quality service to customers
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
- Proven track record of successful sales experience preferably in the automotive industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to track customer data and manage communication. Familiarity with Xtime is preferred but not required.
