  • Youll start by meeting our Resilience team and getting to know the people who make it thrive. From day one youll experience the diverse and dynamic range of projects we work on all focused on helping organisations become more resilient in an ever-changing world.

  • Youll have the chance to work on high-impact regulatory topics that are shaping the future of our clients industries. Think of frameworks like NIS2 CERD CRA DORA and more. Together with the team youll help clients stay compliant anticipate regulatory change and strengthen their organisational resilience.

  • This role gives you hands-on exposure to the real challenges businesses face when adapting to new regulations and the opportunity to make a tangible difference by supporting them in navigating complexity with confidence.

Here are some tasks thatyoullget the opportunity to upskill yourself in:

  • Performing research toprovidequality answers to regulatory questions from clients

  • Expanding clients knowledge ofresilience-relatedregulations as well as your own!

  • Helpcome up withstrategies to further develop our regulatory resilience service offering especially on CERD and CRA.

  • Assistclients in understanding if they fall under a regulation (scope assessments)

  • ...what they are lacking to become compliant (gap assessments)

  • ... and how they can close that gap concretely (implementation advice)

  • And moreevery daybrings new questions.

Who you are whatyourelike

  • Strong interest in regulatory topics such as NIS2 CERD CRA DORA and more.

  • Bachelors or mastersdegree in a relevant field.

  • Fluent oral and written skills in English pluseitherDutch and/or French.

  • Analytical and able to work independently but also sociable and communicative to work together in a team and with clients.

  • You align with our teams vision of contributing to a society whereorganisationssee resilience as a core tenet of their target operating model.

  • We are not looking for someone with all the answers (although that would be a plus)but a team member that has the willingness and passion to be able to discover them.
