Job Summary
AAA Forklifts in Orlando FL is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our growing financial team. This full-time in-office position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $17 to $23/hour depending on experience. As a valued part of our company youll have the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments to ensure billing accuracy and maintain strong financial operations.

THE TYPE OF BILLING SPECIALIST WERE LOOKING FOR
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- General knowledge of mechanics/service industry lingo
- Computer literate and a fast typist
- Team player with a positive attitude who can work collaboratively across departments
- Great customer service and dispute resolution skills
- High attention to detail
WHAT ITS LIKE TO BE OUR BILLING SPECIALIST
This financial position follows a Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule. Youll enjoy a consistent workweek in an engaging office environment collaborating with our service and management teams.
As a Billing Specialist you will work with QuickBooks Online and our Field Service Software to bill out work orders in a timely manner. You will manage accounts receivable functions by ensuring all receivables are entered accurately and on schedule. Each week you will review AR aging reports track overdue accounts and take proactive steps to collect outstanding bills. Throughout the day you will collaborate with service managers and technicians to gather billing information and resolve discrepancies that arise. You will ensure that all processes and documentation align with company policies while maintaining accuracy professionalism and efficiency in all financial transactions.
