Level Description
Support Leveling Guide consists of jobs that provide administrative and customer service support. Work is typically guided by precedent and performed using established procedures and techniques.
Market Summary
Checks order accuracy generating shipping labels packing shipments processing paperwork product quality inspection part packaging & labelling documentation verification and transaction processing. Checks inventory and orders shipping material to ensure sufficient quantities are available. Tracks invoices manifests and issues with delivery or transportation.
Impact
Provides organizational support or service in routine situations and daily operations under moderate supervision.
Gives regular input in support of decision-making.
Communication
Interacts with internal stakeholders within own team and may also interact with external stakeholders including clients customers carriers or agents.
