Are you a strategic thinker who loves turning complex problems into elegant practical solutions

Were looking for a Solution Architect who can connect business vision with technical brilliance. Youll shape and deliver integrated solutions across applications data and infrastructure empowering teams enhancing experiences and driving innovation that matters.

What Youll Do

Lead the design of scalable future-focused solutions across GMHBAs technology landscape.
Collaborate with business data and tech teams to align solutions with strategic goals.
Be the go-to expert for architecture decisions that balance innovation with practicality.
Simplify complexity translate technical detail into clear business value.
Drive continuous improvement and champion best-practice architecture including scalable maintainable and secure solutions that leverage low-code/no-code platforms where appropriate.
Develop and maintain reusable architecture patterns and artefacts to support consistency and scalability.
Design integration solutions across enterprise systems including CRM HR and data platforms

Skills And Experiences

What You Bring

Proven experience designing end-to-end solution architectures.
Strong technical understanding across data application and infrastructure layers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
Bonus points for certifications such as TOGAF Azure Microsoft Power Platform Dynamics 365 SAFe or ITIL.
A collaborative future-focused mindset and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
