We are looking for a Student Services Manager to join our team.
Operating in a beautiful and historic building in Temple Bar overlooking the Liffey Kaplan International Languages is a successful vibrant English language school welcoming students from over 50 countries around the world. Were looking for a motivated and proactive individual to take ownership of our Student Services function. This role offers the opportunity to lead a small team oversee key operational areas including customer service student finance and welfare and play a pivotal part in shaping the student experience.

As Student Services Manager it will be your role to:
Lead and develop the Student Services department including front-of-house reception and student support ensuring all visitors receive a warm welcome and a consistently positive impression of the school
Oversee the efficient resolution of all student enquiries maintaining a high standard of customer service
Manage student finance processes including fee collection financial reporting and initiatives to maximise revenue
Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies immigration regulations safeguarding and health and safety standards working closely with the Principal to maintain a safe well-run environment
Lead engaging student induction sessions and coordinate the social programme and extracurricular activities to promote engagement and wellbeing Support the Principal in ensuring that the premises meet health and safety standards and are well maintained
Work collaboratively across departments to enhance the student experience and streamline internal processes

Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role ideally with some team coordination or supervisory responsibility.
Experience working with students or in an education environment is a strong advantage.
A strong customer service ethos and excellent interpersonal skills.
The ability to motivate support and influence others to achieve goals.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Confidence in decision-making and using your initiative to solve problems.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Competence with IT systems and database management.
A commitment to student welfare safety and wellbeing.
An interest in creating an engaging well-balanced social programme that enriches the student experience.
