We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join our U.S. Sales team. This role is based in Florida and reports to the District Sales Manager.

Job Summary

As Regional Sales Manager youll lead the growth of IPEXs piping solutions across your territory by building strong relationships with distributors contractors engineers and end-users. Youll have the opportunity to shape regional sales strategies deliver technical training and champion our innovative products while driving long-term customer success.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Promote IPEX products and solutions to drive territory growth.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with distributors contractors engineers and municipal stakeholders.

  • Deliver technical education and product training to customers and partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service Operations Marketing) to ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Monitor territory performance including order patterns backlog and service levels.

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting through CRM tools.

  • Travel regularly (approx. 80100 nights/year) to customer sites and industry events.

  • If applicable Manage and support independent sales agents providing training and strategic guidance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Civil or Chemical) or Business Administration/Marketing preferred.

  • 57 years of sales experience ideally in the waterworks or utility industry.

  • Strong technical aptitude with excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software.

  • Effective presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
