Service Advisor RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and updating customers frequently
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Service Advisor REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to work the Scheduled hours (Monday through Friday 7:45A - 6:00P)
- An interest in how vehicles work ability to understand and explain repairs / vehicle needs to customers isa must.
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Previous customer service experience
- Above average energy level (you will not just be sitting behind the desk)
- Personal and professional integrity
