About the position
Were looking for a UX Designer whos passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
Youll work closely with our Senior Digital Experience Manager our UI Designer developers and cross-functional partners in marketing legal and data.
Together youll design test and optimize user journeys across Shopify Skio and our broader mybacs ecosystem with a strong focus on our Spanish market. We are open for applications from Munich or fully remote (within the EU)
Your mission
- Your primary goal is to increase the conversion rate our our Spanish e-commerce shop (& other soft KPIs like bounce rate session duration & scroll depth)
- Bring an understanding ofSpanish e-commerce user behavior ensuring our Spanish site feels native intuitive and localized.
- Design andoptimize user flowsand interfaces across web and mobile.
- Createhigh-converting UX patternsfor product pages bundles checkout and subscription journeys.
- Collaborate with devs data and marketing to translate test results and insights into design improvements.
- Build and iterate onA/B test variantsusing Convert or similar tools.
- Work closely with legal and brand teams toensure content and structureremain compliant and on-brand.
- Partner with marketing to alignUX with campaign objectives(influencer landing pages seasonal campaigns CRM assets).
- Contribute to design documentation Figma libraries and internal process improvements.
What you bring along
- 35 yearsof experience as a UX Designer ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment with the ability to transfer UX knowledge tweaks from previous workinto scalable solutions for our platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify (and ideally experience with skio or subscription logic).
- Skilled in A/B testing analytics tools and data-driven design.
- Excellent sense for UI structure usability and UX writing.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (native or near-native level);German is a plus
- Confident using Figma and comfortable collaborating with developers and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and hands-on approach you enjoy testing learning and iterating fast.
