主要职责
1.经销商管理
进货执行与经销商紧密沟通跟进执行每月进货计划
PSIBEF2P管理
监控经销商预算费用使用进度核销到账进度和跟进
2.零售管理
促销活动的落实现场支持活动有效性反馈评估和报销凭证汇总
专柜位置谈判场租费用沟通
新渠道开发和维护
3.费用管理
严格控制费用和资源确保根据财务的流程运行和操作
推进A&P/Margin费用核销进度
收集核销资料促销协议销售数据活动结果等
4.零售团队管理
培训并指导零售督导及促销员团队改善团队工作质量建立高效的团队
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历
2.8年以上销售管理经验
3.有小家电或相关行业的工作背景开拓渠道和管理客户的丰富经验
4.具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力
5.具备较强的市场分析营销策划和执行能力
6.熟悉零售行业运作流程
