Were looking for a dynamic and people-focused leader to take the reins as Location Manager (Colocations) leading our Eye Care and Private Health Insurance teams across a modern community-focused clinic network.
At GMHBA were all about improving the health and wellbeing of our members and communities. This role is your chance to combine operational excellence leadership and customer care in a truly meaningful way.
About the Role
As the Location Manager youll be the driving force behind day-to-day operations leading a passionate team ensuring exceptional patient and member experiences and supporting business growth across our colocated health clinics.
Youll partner with clinical retail and operational leaders to deliver outstanding results embed change and build a culture where people thrive.
What Youll Do
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient and member experiences
- Oversee operations budgets and performance outcomes
- Drive local growth strategies aligned with GMHBAs broader vision
- Support clinicians and staff with coaching performance and development
- Ensure compliance safety and quality standards are consistently met
- Foster collaboration across Eye Care Private Health Insurance and corporate teams
Skills And Experiences
What Youll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical or multi-site retail/health setting
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage budgets and KPIs
- A hands-on people-first approach you lead with empathy and purpose
- Confidence in managing performance communication and culture
- Sound computer literacy and organisational skills
(Experience in medical or allied health environments highly regarded.)
