What Youll Do
- Perform dimensional inspections using calipers micrometers and other precision tools
- Inspect production parts for PPAP and Initial Run (IR) requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Document measurement results and report non-conformances
- Support gage calibration and Gage R&R studies
- Complete first/last piece inspections and sorting as needed
- Collaborate with Production Engineering and Quality teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and follow TLX Quality Management System procedures

What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong attention to detail problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic Office applications
- Mechanical aptitude and reliability
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand walk and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Work environment includes moderate noise and occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts
