Job Summary

What you will be required to do:

In this role youll be a key part of the warehouse operationsteam helping to ensure the smooth and safe running of the workplace.

Enforce health and safety procedures in the workplace.
Reliable turns up on time all the time
Liaise with production team re workloads
Looking after receivables managing consumables
Update daily schedules and allocate daily responsibilities.
Resolving issues that may arise
Coordinating tasks and ensuring adherence to SOPs SWPs and risk assessments
Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
Conduct pre-start meetings
Supervise and use of machinery and equipment.
Training and development of staff
Monitor quality stock control and standard of work performed including productivity and safety.
Liaise with all departments

To be successful in the role you will:

Previous experience in 2IC/TEAM LEADER role
Forklift license
Positive and motivated outlook to work
Highly organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Previous experience with Kinetic and lasers (desirable)
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Ability to pass Pre-employment medical and DAS
