Were seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in Private Banking Operations to support the Private Banking Group providing operational support to the Bank and Broker/Dealer Lending Products Deposit Products Banking Services Collateral Monitoring Margin Operations and Vendor Management.
In the Operations division we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position level position within Product Support & Services which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What youll do in the role:
Support the LAL Telephone Hotline by responding to MS field inquiries such loan status outstanding issues and documenting the nature of the phone calls
Meet Phone Performance Metrics such as Average Phone Handle Times Quality/ Accuracy Professionalism Adherence to Phone Script
Review loan application and servicing requests to ensure appropriate information has been provided to conduct a review within Service Level Agreements
Communicate all missing information needed to progress the loans in the Pipeline
Reconcile and process monetary transactions as needed including the review of daily reports
Cross train and be willing to learn new functions outside of your immediate scope in order to flex and provide coverage as needed
Train other new team members once you become proficient
Ability to accomplish shared goals of the department and the bank
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
What youll bring to the role:
At least 2-3 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role particularly in the financial industry
This is a hybrid position 3 days in office attendance is required
Ability to work Operational hours starting at 8:00 A.M. local time including occasional weekends and overtime when needed
Ability to balance multiple priorities operating in a demanding and fast-paced environment while demonstrating flexibility adaptability and personal accountability
Convey disciplined work ethic and have an enthusiastic can do attitude while delivering white collar service
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate information to a range of audiences
