The Evergreen holding company team is comprised of 40 professionals based in San Francisco who are focused on capital allocation M&A executive level hiring strategic board leadership and finance and accounting. Evergreen is a uniquely long-term oriented holding company that seeks to hold and grow businesses indefinitely rather than follow the 5-7 year holding period of a typical private equity fund. This allows us to take a truly long-term view on performance and people. Join us for the Evergreen Women in Leadership Summit -- an immersive all-day experience designed to educate engage and empower women pursuing leadership and entrepreneurship. Youll connect with Senior and C-suite women across Evergreen learn from our investing teams and participate in an accelerated recruiting process for the Evergreen Executive Program (eXp).

Educate: Youll be exposed to Evergreens forever-hold operating model and the core values that drive Evergreens mission to be the best home for businesses and their leaders. Youll hear from Evergreens senior women leaders through a fireside chat and interactive panel offering advice and insight into career progression.

Engage: Youll connect with Evergreens women leaders across the firm as well as fellow attendees from undergraduate and MBA programs including through social events mentorship initiatives and interactive workshops.

Empower: Youll define professional development goals and hone business acumen through guided workshops. Youll discover opportunities to launch your career at Evergreens investing team and learn from existing team members.

• Current MBA Student (First or Second Year)
• Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship business operations and leadership
• All individuals that meet the criteria above are welcome to apply but the programming will be tailored to the female experience

• We will offer scholarships to cover transportation and lodging for select students
• Breakfast and lunch will be provided. A social reception will close out the day
• Those selected to attend will be notified inDecember 2025
