Job Duties
Directly responsible to the Trades Manager for providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents & staff by repairing and maintaining properly functioning equipment and systems to include but not limited to: potable water systems pumps water/steam heat exchangers hot water heating systems sanitary sewer systems steam and condensate distribution systems fire suppression/sprinkler systems and related equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
Extensive experience at a Journeymans level in commercial: Plumbing steam and condensate systems fire suppression and sprinkler systems.
Valid Drivers License.
Gas Fitters License.
Completion of trade school and/or accredited Plumbing/Steam fitting apprenticeship.
Additional Considerations
Journeyman (or higher) Plumbers card.
