Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our this role you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial records managing accounts payable and receivable reconciling bank statements and assisting with tax filings. The ideal candidate is highly organized proficient in NetSuite and has a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. The bookkeeper will report to the Business Operations Manager.

Job Duties:
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable activities

- Perform month-end close activities including account reconciliations and journal entries

- Perform technical accounting research and provide guidance on accounting issues

- Assist in financial analysis to support decision-making
- Assist in internal and external audits

- Assist in the resolution of vendor and customer invoice related issues

- Comply with all GMPs

- Other duties as assigned

Full-time Monday through Friday

Salary:

$56000.00 - $59000.00 per year

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting within a manufacturing environment

- Minimum 2 years experience in NetSuite

- Proficient in using MS Office Suite particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical problem-solving collaborative and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
