This role is responsible for delivering operational excellence across People & Culture functions by ensuring the accurate timely and compliant execution of key payroll operational processes. The incumbent will manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with a focus on precision confidentiality and adherence to statutory requirements; maintain and analyze Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide reliable people data that supports strategic workforce planning and decision-making; and produce high-quality reports that translate HR metrics into actionable insights for leadership compliance and audit readiness.
Qualifications :
First Degree
Field of Study: Business Human Resources Finance & Accounting or any other related field
Certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP)
Experience Required
2-3 years
- Hands on experience on payroll management
- Experience working with multinational payroll processing with over 1000 employees
- Strong in MIS SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
- Experience in banking and financial sector will be an added advantage
