As the Director of Enterprise Solutions youll partner with top-tier clients to design and execute high-impact AI training programs. Youll translate complex objectives into scalable workflows coordinating across Operators Agents and platform systems to ensure precision and quality. While not directly people-managing youll maintain visibility into day-to-day execution guiding operations through a mix of strategic oversight and platform-driven coordination. This role blends client-facing leadership operational design and a deep focus on evolving our systems from manual to automated while also helping to shape a new generation of externally hired high-caliber talent..
