Uckfield College is a highly successful and popular college in the heart of rural Sussex yet within commuting distance of Brighton Eastbourne and the South Coast. We require an inspirational professional who is passionate about high standards of student progress and an innovative driver of outstanding teaching and learning. The post also offers a fantastic opportunity to teach and lead A-Level setting the standard for post-16 success.
The successful candidate will articulate and deliver a compelling vision for an excellent Music education for all students. You will also be an integral part of our dynamic leadership team across the College contributing to whole-college strategic initiatives and shaping our outstanding culture. We are deeply committed to growing our own leaders and you will receive extensive professional development including mentorship coaching and full support for undertaking qualifications such as the NPQSL providing the challenge and support needed to learn develop and thrive.
