This role would suit someone who has contributed to change initiatives in a junior capacity and is now ready to step up partnering directly with the business to define solutions solve problems and help people navigate change with confidence.

You will make an impact by

• Partnering with teams to define and deliver tailored system solutions
• Supporting the rollout of new business systems and digital tools
• Translating operational needs into practical user-friendly technology
• Championing change and helping staff navigate transformation
• Being a key member of our core implementation team across multiple projects

What you will bring

• Experience in business analysis or systems support ideally within local government
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to map processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Technical understanding of systems such as SQL IIS and ODBC databases
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Confidence to work independently and make sound decisions
• A passion for helping people and driving solution-oriented outcomes
