Job Summary:

Acrisure is seeking a Supervisor Licensing to join our growing team in Grand this role you will be responsible for overseeing the daily responsibilities for your assigned region within the Licensing team ensuring timely completion of tasks in accordance with our standard operating procedures. The individual will foster collaboration and support amongst their team members within their assigned region.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the current Sr. Manager with day-to-day oversight of licensing staff.

• Oversee daily responsibilities of Licensing team staff; ensure they are completed timely and in accordance with our standard operating procedures.

• Provides recommendations for promotions and/or corrective action plans for licensing staff.

• Efficiently manage and coordinate the work of the assigned area.

• Schedule and hold Bi-weekly one on ones with licensing staff.

• Direct and monitor the daily workflow of the filing processes and activities.

• Maintains day-to-day regulatory documents in an organized and timely fashion at the direction of the team.

• Assists in the development and implementation of team processes ensuring state regulations and guidelines are adhered to.

• Provides high-level advice support and guidance as a subject matter expert to inform and influence leaderships decision-making impacting business initiatives.

• Demonstrates excellent time management skills as well as prioritization skills.

• Resolves non-routine problems as required.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is required

• Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint) and other project management tools (ServiceNow )

• Must be able to work independently after given instructions and guidance and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members

• Must have a high level of problem-solving capacity

• Must be self-motivated and driven

• Must be organized detail oriented accurate and efficient with excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal effectiveness at all levels in the organization and across cultures.

Education and Experience:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher is preferred but equitable work experience will be accepted.

• At least one-year experience in a regulatory compliance or audit environment required.

Preferred Qualifications

• 46 years of related experience including at least 1 year in a supervisory or administrative role.
