What Youll Do

  • Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under BCBA supervision
  • Support skill development based on individualized treatment plans
  • Collect accurate and timely data during sessions
  • Work in varied settings where support is needed - home community school or clinic
  • Apply positive behavior support techniques to promote safe and healthy behavior
  • Encourage and assist caregivers in implementing strategies empowering client success
  • Submit clinical notes and timecards in accordance with company policy
  • Uphold ethical guidelines professionalism and confidentiality standards
  • Support new team members with overlaps/shadowing when requested
  • Arrive prepared punctual and ready to deliver meaningful services

What Were Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of experience with individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • A heart for helping patience and compassion
  • Availability of at least 15 hours/week - afternoon/evening availability
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid drivers license & proof of auto insurance
  • Able to meet evaluation requirements - including background check TB test Fit-for-Duty exam and immunizations (MMR & Varicella)
