The Marketing Intern will support various brand and client marketing initiatives including sponsorship asset implementation and the development of new opportunities to strengthen our brand presence and client business in Panama and Nicaragua.
The main responsibilities include:
- Assist in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Support the implementation of brand and client projects.
- Help develop and monitor client marketing campaigns and activities.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Compile reports and maintain organized documentation of project progress and client communications.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree without experience
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing or related academic program.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish both written and verbal.
- Ability to support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Some experience coordinating with advertising promotional or media agencies.
- Comfortable working with basic financial indicators for example budgets ROI and summarizing data for reports or presentations.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills able to break down issues and identify practical solutions.
- Understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Intermediate skills in data collection organization interpretation and presentation.
- Willingness to learn grow and take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
- Team player who collaborates effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Proactive mindset with initiative to contribute ideas and improvements.
- English fluency
- Graduating from a bachelors degree in end of 2026/early 2027
