The ABA Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for families seeking Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for Autism care. This role ensures a warm professional and efficient intake experience by conducting screenings gathering information and coordinating with internal teams to transition families smoothly into the care process. Contact new inquiries promptly and conduct intake screenings. Collect required information and assess eligibility. Accurately record intake data in Salesforce (or similar CRM). Re-engage paused or unresponsive families to improve conversions. Follow standard procedures scripts and quality guidelines. Participate in ongoing training and improvement initiatives. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Strong empathy professionalism and phone presence. Detail-oriented organized and data-accurate. Flexible to work evenings or weekends as needed.
