The Chef will be responsible for preparing cooking and presenting high-quality dishes ensuring consistency creativity and adherence to food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for food excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare menus in collaboration with management
Cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Oversee daily kitchen operations including stock control and ordering
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
Train motivate and supervise kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards
Monitor food costs and minimize waste
Contribute to menu innovation and seasonal offerings
