Technical Pre-Sales Consultant

While this position does not involve hands-on coding or system implementation it requires a deep understanding of our software stack to articulate solution architectures address technical and security inquiries and demonstrate how RLDatix technologies solve real-world challengesin healthcare safety and quality.

• Partner closely with sales leaders to support pre-sales discussions and customer meetings.
• Understand and communicate how RLDatixs solutions work- from both a business and technical perspective- to help clients see their value.
• Translate customer needs into tailored product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the most relevant features and benefits.
• Respond to technical questions or requirements from client IT and security teams with clear confident explanations.
• Contribute to RFPs proposals and documentation that help articulate our technical approach and solution fit.
• Collaborate across teams- including Product Implementation and Marketing- to ensure our messaging and demos reflect the latest capabilities and customer feedback.

• Experience in a Sales Engineer Solution Consultant Technical Support or Technical Trainer role ideally within healthcare or software/SaaS.

• Strong conceptual understanding of cloud-based software API integrations data privacy and cybersecurity frameworks(e.g. HIPAA SOC 2 ISO 27001)

• Strong communication and presentation skills- able to explain complex topics simply and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A collaborative mindset and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
