Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Stakeholder Cabinet  Coordinator to join our team. This position is based out of Mississauga.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize stakeholder meetings by preparing detailed agendas and managing all logistical aspects including venue arrangements virtual platforms and required equipment.
  • Act as the primary liaison among various stakeholders maintaining consistent communication to ensure everyone is informed about meeting schedules updates and outcomes.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of activities including meeting minutes attendance logs and action items and generate regular reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise promote strong collaborative relationships and assist in the development and execution of engagement strategies.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support facilitate meaningful discussions during meetings and assist in organizing events and activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

  • University Degree in Public Administration Business Administration Communications or a related field 4 (four) years of experience in a coordination or administrative role preferably within a corporate or government setting with a focus on managing stakeholder relationships. 

Preferred Requirements:

    • A masters degree is preferred but not required. 
    • Demonstrated proficiency in project management and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks and responsibilities. 
    • Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. 

    Additional Information :

    • Company paid relocation is not available for this position.
    • Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position.
    • This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
