Job Summary
Take ownership of the delivery phase for major multi-residential and mixed-use developments guiding projects from Development Application (DA) through to Construction Certificate (CC) and beyond.
AsProject Leaderyoull oversee design resolution documentation coordination and consultant management to ensure design integrity is maintained through every phase. This role is ideal for an architect who thrives on detail collaboration and delivery excellencebringing strong technical capability and a proactive approach to leadership.
Youll be part of a nationally recognised design-led studio known for its thoughtful architecture collaborative team culture and sustainability focus. The practice offers a clear pathway for advancement structured mentoring and a strong pipeline of complex residential projects.
What Youll Do
Manage multi-residential projects from DA through to CC and delivery
Oversee consultant coordination documentation quality and technical design outcomes
Lead internal teams to ensure deadlines budgets and design standards are met
Resolve design and compliance issues in collaboration with clients authorities and contractors
Drive construction documentation using Revit ensuring consistency across all packages
Collaborate with the national design team to ensure project alignment with design vision
Mentor junior architects and graduates fostering technical capability and teamwork
What Youll Bring
Architectural registration in NSW (or eligibility in progress)
6 years experience in architecture with proven delivery experience
Demonstrated success managing multi-residential and mixed-use projects through DA/CC
Excellent technical understanding of NCC SEPP and local planning controls
Proficiency in Revitand confident coordination across disciplines
Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
