The role is designed to oversee both service and project responsibilities ensuring the seamless delivery of Honeywells offerings to customer sites while aligning with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for revenue and margin goals. The incumbent will play a key role in servicing customer locations by upholding contractual obligations and key performance indicators (KPIs) aimed at maximizing client satisfaction and minimizing downtime through exceptional support.

The successful candidate will establish and maintain project schedules by interpreting project plans and specifications calculating time requirements and sequencing elements accordingly. Ongoing project supervision will be essential requiring monitoring of progress coordination of activities and resolution of issues that arise. Furthermore the role involves managing project plans by reviewing design specifications implementing necessary changes and recommending corrective actions as needed. Lastly it includes financial oversight in controlling project costs approving expenditures and administering contracts with contractors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Execution: Coordinate all project phases including design review quality planning installation commissioning and final testing (FAT/SAT). Ensure projects are completed safely on schedule and within budget.
  • On-site Technical Support: Conduct on-site technical assessments troubleshoot complex issues diagnose problems and perform repairs and upgrades to ensure minimal downtime and reliable equipment operation.
  • Installation & Maintenance: Install configure and maintain equipment and systems performing routine preventive maintenance overhauls and inspections in compliance with safety and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all field activities service records technical issues and resolutions. Prepare reports and present progress to project managers and clients.
  • Client Management & Training: Serve as the primary technical liaison with clients explaining technical information clearly fostering strong relationships and providing technical guidance and training to client personnel on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering sales customer support manufacturing plants) to address customer needs clarify issues and optimize service delivery processes.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all safety quality control and compliance guidelines during work operations.


Responsibilities

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Engineering bachelors degree
  • 2-3 years of work-related project management experience in BMS/FAS/Security field preferred with project and logical knowledge in ACMV/HVAC/FAS/Security system control logic
  • Fresh graduate with knowledge of BMS FAS CCTV and Security systems will be considered
  • Building Safety Supervisor Certification (preferred)
  • SCEM (preferred)
