Field Sales Executive Fintech Singapore
A fast-growing fintech client of ours is hiring motivated individuals to join their merchant acquisition team in Singapore. They provide digital payment infrastructure to local businesses and are expanding rapidly.
The Opportunity
This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a career in one of the most dynamic sectors in the market. Youll work directly with SME owners; restaurants retailers service providers helping them upgrade how they get paid. Think card machines contactless payments and e-wallet integration.
Its a hunter role. Youll be out meeting prospects pitching solutions closing deals and managing your own growing book of merchants. The work is autonomous but youll have strong team support around you.
What Makes Someone Successful
Previous sales experience isnt required attitude matters far more. The people who do well here are naturally sociable resilient when faced with knockbacks and motivated by results. If youve worked in hospitality retail or any customer-facing environment youll already have transferable skills.
The Package
Base salary with unlimited commission potential. Top performers take home S$7000$10000 monthly and youll continue earning residual income from active merchant accounts. Additional benefits include structured training mentorship extra annual leave entitlements and a transparent path into leadership roles for those who deliver.
