Job Summary
Role Lead Consultant
Technology Demand planning Supply Planning
Location Amsterdam
Infosys is seeking CPG/Retail domain expertise with deep knowledge in Planning Solutions such as O9 Kinaxis Anaplan Relex Oracle RPAS Blue Yonder (JDA) SAP IBP etc. with experience in the role of Product Owner or Product Analyst.
Scope of Job:
- You will be contributing to different phases of the consulting life cycle.
- You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem propose and create the solution.
- As Domain SME you will interface at strategic level with customer on requirements and solution aspects.
- You should be able to provide input for Functional Solution design and data integrations.
- You should have sound client and stakeholder management skills and experience in working in a Global Delivery Model.
- You will guide teams on project processes deliverables and contribute to the proposal development client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.
- You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
- Fucntional/Process knowledge of one or more modules Demand planning Supply Planning Assortment Planning Merchandise Financial Planning or Replenishment & Allocation.
- Experience with Retail and CPG industry.
- Driving the Product Roadmap identifying capturing tracking with cross-functional Business SMEs/ stakeholders
- Flawless execution in interfacing with multiple different teams identifying roadblocks resolving dependencies.
- Manage Tech/ Business stakeholders communication.
- Jira Confluence Agile methodology
- Must have: Experience with configuration functional design data modelling & integration mapping and tool implementation is crucial.
- Must have: Software package Implementation of planning tools such as O9 Kinaxis Anaplan Relex Blue Yonder (JDA) Oracle RPAS SAP IBP etc.
Skills Required
- At least 8 years of implementation experience on any of Products above; for fortune 500 clients
- Working Experience of Demand planning Supply Planning Assortment Planning Merchandise Financial Planning or Replenishment & Allocation.
- 5years experience in Planning tools implementation for one or more O9 Kinaxis Anaplan Relex Oracle RPAS SAP IBP etc.
- Preferred functional expertise in Retail/CPG domain.
- Need Agile scrum experience and good understanding of all agile ceremonies.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
