Your role and responsibilities
In this strategic and hands-on role youll collaborate with managers and practitioners in Children and Young People Services (CYP) to design deliver and evaluate innovative learning solutions that equip our workforce with the skills and knowledge to make a real difference in the lives of children young people and families.

The team
The Centre for Learning is a newly established service evolved from the CYP and ASC Workforce Development teams. It brings together all aspects of training learning and professional development across Adult Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services.
Grounded in strong relational values trust respect and empowerment the Centre fosters a culture of continuous learning. It encourages professionals to build meaningful relationships and adopt a solution-focused mindset that highlights strengths and explores possibilities.
The Centre is structured around dedicated faculties for Children and Young People Services and Adult Social Care supported by central hubs that facilitate cross-directorate learning and collaboration.
