Job Summary

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in scaling a global defense technology company FalCom is in search of a Quality Engineer who is motivated to help us expand globally and create an effective Operations organization.

In the role as Senior Product Quality Engineer in our Operations Organization you will shape and implement our quality strategy build cross-functional collaboration and ensure quality excellence across all product development and manufacturing.

The team you will be part of

FalCom is built on GNs foundation as a renowned provider of intelligent audio solutions with headquarters in Ballerup. We create advanced hearing protection solutions enabling special operations military law enforcement and security personnel to communicate in the most extreme environments all while ensuring high-quality hearing protection.

You will join a fast-scaling and focused team at FalCom working at the intersection of defense technology and innovation. We operate in a high-accountability environment where decisions matter collaboration is key and transparency is valued.

Your contribution is appreciated and you will

  • Manage change handling: assess requests analysis impact coordinate approvals implement and verify
  • Ensure Design For Quality (DFQ) per SOP and compliance with applicable standards and regulations
  • Act as Project Quality Owner: define and manage quality plans milestones gate reviews and deliverables
  • Develop and enforce processes for change control nonconformance CAPA and supplier quality
  • Lead root-cause analysis (8D/RCA) corrective actions and verification of effectiveness
  • Prepare and present quality metrics risk assessments and status updates
  • Collaborate with Engineering Manufacturing Procurement Regulatory and suppliers to de-risk changes and meet customer requirements
  • Support design reviews FMEA updates PPAP/validation and production readiness checks
  • Train and coach stakeholders on change control and quality best practices

To perform well in the role we imagine that you

  • Have extensive quality engineering experience and own change control and project quality. Able to manage engineering changes through cross-functional processes
  • Work with structured methodologies (8D root cause analysis FMEA) and experience in Excel PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools. Experience with QMS tools PLM ERP and test systems are beneficial
  • Are familiar with quality management systems and relevant standards
  • Your attention to details is high you are consistent and thorough in your work and problem solving is the moment of the day and thrive in an international setting were communicating in English is required
  • Prioritize development take a structured approach and support imaginative thinking
