Job Summary
Position responsibilities:
Greet customers
- Process checkout operation Complete required paperwork and data entry services
- Accept all forms of payment (cash check credit card)
- Calculate and return change when required
- Process and complete layaways/special orders
- Answer customers questions about products or services
- Check source documents for accuracy
- Reconcile cash drawers / Sales receipts
- Assist in stocking and rotating merchandise
- Work as a team to offer the best customer service
Knowledge and Skills: - Must be computer savvy; must know how to type use Microsoft office proficiently and be willing to learn new programs.
- Must be able to multi-task VERY Important.
- Retail/Customer Service experience is a plus
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Must be able to work in team environment.
- Must be 21 or older
- Clean background background check will be done.
Education: - High school diploma or equivalent
