Position Overview:The Manager Central Sterilization is responsible for leading sterile processing operations in support of perioperative and procedural services across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee instrument decontamination reprocessing sterilization and distribution workflows
Ensure full compliance with AAMI standards and all regulatory/accreditation requirements
Partner with OR and procedural leadership teams to drive workflow optimization and service efficiency
Lead staff development scheduling training and performance management
Collaborate with Infection Prevention to uphold best practices and safety initiatives
Qualifications:
CRCST certification required
Minimum 1 year of sterile processing leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting
