Job Summary
The Napleton Fleet Group is looking for ourBiller/ License and Title Clerk to join our growing Corporate Fleet Department in Oakbrook is an exciting opportunity in a growing fast-paced industry. Located in Oakbrook Terrace the Biller/License and Title Clerkis an important role that assists our teams by processing vehicle for registration.

Job Responsibilities:
- Process new vehicle billings
- Processes all vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
- Prepares tax and title documents.
- Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Biller and License & Title experience required
- Automotive Dealership experience is required
- Fleet Management company (FMC) experience is a plus
- Knowledge of CBE experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
