执行新零售团队运营工作包含TP管理O2O活动执行数据看板管理费用管理等运营工作提升O2O 运维效能达成团队销售目标

主要工作职责:

管理TP确保TP完成既定KPI

• 管理TP按服务协议要求完成各项新零售运营工作包含策略规划常规运营连锁侧和消费者侧的精细化运营等

和销售沟通落实O2O活动

• 根据新零售团队活动计划沟通并跟进线下销售落实各项连锁侧的O2O活动执行

制作报表追踪数据

• 建立新零售团队数据管理看报提供各类月度及季度报告为销售决策提供数据依据

费用管理

• 完成新零售团队费用申请和核销等流程跟进各类费用使用进度

上级经理安排的其他相关工作内容

任职条件:

• 大学本科或以上学历

• 3年及以上销售行政工作经验

• 较强的分析计划执行能力

• 较好的内外部沟通能力

• 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件

• 良好的英语听说读写译能力
