Job Summary
The exciting opportunity
- Permanent part time role working 10am 5pm on Monday and Tuesday
- Homely 45 bed Shangri-La aged care facility in Hurstville
- Support smooth kitchen operations to ensure residents have a positive dining experience
- Assist with the food preparation of nutritious meals that meet individual dietary needs and choices
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment through cleaning and safe food storage
- Assist with food service while providing respectful and efficient customer service

What youll need to succeed
- A Food Safety Certificate
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Hand in aged care with understanding of food service and temperature control
- Personable respectful and strong communication and customer service skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Working rights in Australia
