We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to join our team as SkyPoint Kitchen this role you will not only maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards but also take on additional responsibilities including transporting goods between different levels of the business necessitating a level of physical fitness.

Our Kitchen Hands collaborate closely with our Chefs and Food & Beverage team members operating within our dynamic and fast-paced Events Buffet and Bistro & Bar Kitchens. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations with a focus on productivity presentation and hygiene practices.

- Prior experience in a similar high-volume food service or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A track record of reliability self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with guests.
- The capacity to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating initiative.
- Adherence to exceptional grooming and presentation standards.
- The capability to perform manual handling and physically demanding tasks reflecting the roles requirement for transporting goods between levels.
- Flexible availability with shifts ranging from 5:00am starts to 1:00am finishes across a 7-day roster. Weekend work is a regular requirement.
