Were looking for a driven people-focused Quick Lane Manager to lead our fast-paced vehicle maintenance department. What Youll Do
As our Quick Lane Manager youll oversee all daily operations of the Quick Lane ensuring efficiency profitability and exceptional customer satisfaction. Youll lead a talented team of advisors and technicians while maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Quick Lane staff including advisors and technicians
- Recruit train and develop a high-performing service team
- Set and track daily weekly and monthly sales and production goals
- Drive department profitability while maintaining excellent Customer Servicescores
- Ensure compliance with Ford & Lincoln standards and dealership policies
- Manage scheduling to balance customer demand with labor efficiency
- Promote a clean safe and organized work environment
- Build customer relationships through communication and professionalism
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in automotive service management Quick Lane operations preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage people processes and performance metrics
- Knowledge of Ford/Lincoln service operations a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
