Job Description

What is the purpose of this Role

The Sales Manager is expected to take full responsibility for acquiring new business through your own and existing partner network. Building relationships finding new potential partners.

This includes setting clear expectations and targets (short and long term) and together with internal stakeholders achieving our ambitious goals.

Fitness & Probity

This role is a controlled function as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011.

Accountabilities for your role - what are you expected to do

  • Drive the sale of services to new potential clients.
  • Business care for customers in the portfolio.
  • Responsibility of maintaining our Partner network and building up a new strong Partners network in the region: Poland.
  • Responsibility to attract new Partners and new direct sales within the region.
  • Responsibility of leading Partners/Customer meetings making presentations and follow up as well as negotiate customer agreements and close the deal.
  • Responsibility for finding tender opportunities and take direction on each case both internally and externally.
  • Continuously develop and own the full relationship with the Partners.
  • Manage understand and negotiate pricing models with Partners and Merchants.
  • Support Partners with visits presentations and negotiation jointly against Merchants.
  • Manage customer relationships effectively through a structured CRM framework to ensure consistent engagement and follow-through.
  • Operate as a dedicated new business hunter driving growth through proactive prospecting and client acquisition.
  • Support Elavon admin/support team with various administrative issues in application/boarding process.
  • Be a strong spokesperson for Elavon products.

  • Demonstrable over-achievement against target experience in a direct sales based B2B marketplace in a role that is primarily focused on new business acquisition

Qualifications Required to perform your Role

  • Driving licence
  • Knowledge of sales strategies
  • Knowledge of payments industry and current market trends
  • Business degree preferable but not essential
