The Raytheon Mission Systems Engineering team is seeking a Systems Engineering Cost Account Manager (CAM). In this role you will support a cross-disciplinary team of engineers on a software development program.

What You Will Do

Become Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certified within 6 months.

Cost account manager supporting a cross-disciplinary team of engineers.

Management of the teams cost and schedule including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance and Earned Value Management (EVMS) techniques.

Support ECP efforts as required.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with proposals estimates technical documents and/or other contract deliverable items.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience in change management and/or cost estimation.

Experience with complex satellite ground systems particularlycommand and control functionality.

Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team.

Systems Testand/or Software Engineering experience on a large government software development contract.

Strong systems engineering experience.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Aurora CO: consider the following role type definition as you apply for this role:

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
