Job Summary
How you will make an impact as a Commercial Electrician:
- Perform installation maintenance and troubleshooting of commercial electrical systems.
- Work on fire alarm systems Security camera & key card systems HVAC controls and high-low-voltage controls wiring.
- Inspect test and repair electrical components and systems to ensure compliance with NEC and local codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Collaborate with building maintenance contractors and facilities teams to plan and execute work efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs inspections and installations.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Minimum 20 years of commercial/industrial electrician experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- fire alarm systems
- security systems
- HVAC control wiring
- automation systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in the Amoskeag mill buildings preferred
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
