About the Role

The Product Owner M365 plays a key role in driving the adoption development and optimisation of RMITs Microsoft 365 ecosystem globally. As part of the End User Technology team youll be responsible for managing the product roadmap and backlog across M365 Active Directory Entra ID and Unified Communications platforms ensuring RMIT delivers secure seamless and innovative technology experiences for staff and students.

Youll partner closely with engineering teams vendors and internal stakeholders to plan initiatives deliver new features and continuously improve user outcomes. Your leadership will help maximise RMITs investment in digital collaboration tools support automation and enhance user adoption across the university.

About You

Proven ability to manage infrastructure and/or application engineering teams in large complex environments
Demonstrated success developing and delivering service roadmaps aligned to organisational strategy
Strong stakeholder engagement communication and influencing skills
Experience applying ITIL Service Management and Agile delivery principles
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
ITIL Foundation and Agile certifications (highly regarded)
