What Youll DoProvide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document residents health status and promptly communicate any changes. Support and supervise CNAs and other care team members. Ensure infection control and resident safety standards are met. Participate in care planning assessments and interdisciplinary collaboration.
QualificationsCurrent North Carolina RN or LPN license (compact license accepted). CPR/BLS certification required. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong assessment communication and teamwork skills. Availability to work PRN 1st-shift hours (7:00 a.m.3:00 p.m.) including weekdays weekends and holidays. Reliability and a passion for serving older adults in a caring environment.
