Job Summary
PRN Nurse (R.N. / L.P.N.) PRN 1st Shift (7:00 a.m.3:00 p.m.)
Are you a compassionate nursing professional who enjoys providing quality care while maintaining a flexible schedule Join our team at Well-Spring A Life Plan Community where were seeking PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver exceptional care to residents in a supportive team-oriented environment.
What Youll Do
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document residents health status and promptly communicate any changes.
Support and supervise CNAs and other care team members.
Ensure infection control and resident safety standards are met.
Participate in care planning assessments and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Qualifications
Current North Carolina RN or LPN license (compact license accepted).
CPR/BLS certification required.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Strong assessment communication and teamwork skills.
Availability to work PRN 1st-shift hours (7:00 a.m.3:00 p.m.) including weekdays weekends and holidays.
Reliability and a passion for serving older adults in a caring environment.
