The JM Family College Internship Program is designed to create an opportunity for college students to have meaningful work experiences that tie to their programs of study. As part of this program you will actively contribute to your teams success learn about JM Familys companies and culture while obtaining new skills through learning opportunities networking events and much more.
The ideal candidate will be available to work full-time during the Summer Internship Program (May 26 2026 July 31 2026) with the possibility of extension beyond this date.
Interns will engage in meaningful work and gain insights into specific projects or tasks providing hands-on experience and contributing to various department initiatives. They will learn about JM Familys culture including our core values: Consideration Cooperation Communication Innovation and Accountability. These core values are part of our keys to success and the skills that embody these values are what drive our success as an organization.
The Sales Operations team drives strategic and operational excellence across the sales organization. We focus on optimizing processes enabling data-driven decision-making and aligning cross-functional initiatives to support revenue growth and customer success. Our work ensures that sales teams are equipped with the tools insights and support they need to perform at their best. This role provides an opportunity for personal and professional development while receiving exposure to strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily operations and tasks specific to the role.
- Contributing to ongoing projects and supporting team efforts.
- Performing research or data analysis as needed.
- Completing assignments and reporting on progress
Qualifications:
- Candidates should be self-starters detail-oriented creative curious and willing to contribute as a team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Comfortable collaborating across teams and presenting findings clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Prior internship or professional work experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including Outlook and SharePoint (familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is a plus.)
- The ideal candidate will be actively enrolled in a bachelors masters or other degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university with a focus in a relevant field (Business Marketing Finance Economics Communications). Candidates in related fields will also be considered. Must have completed at least one semester of coursework.
- This is a full-time in-office position
- Must be available to work on site the last week of July
