What Youll Do

As aProject Coordinator youll take ownership of diverse marketing projects and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects likewebsite development webinars videos mailings banners and advertising flyers.
• Coordinating work withgraphic designers editors programmers and printers.
• Leadingpharmaceutical marketing campaignsand co-creatingmarketing content.
• Usingmarketing toolsandproject management platformsto ensure smooth execution.
• Building strong client relationships and delivering on tight deadlines.
• Supporting other marketing tasks and contributing to product development.

What Youll Bring

Were looking for someone with:

• ABachelors or Masters degree.
• Excellentorganization and communication skills.
• Experience withdigital marketing toolsanddatabases(Google Analytics is a plus).
• Proficiency inMS Office Suite(Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
• Agood command of Englishfor everyday communication combined with Polish.
• A detail-orientedmultitasking mindsetwith a passion for learning.
• Team spiritand the ability to work independently.
• Experience inproject coordination marketing or customer service(preferred but not required).
